Popochos USA is a family business owned and operated by Christy Owenby, CEO, and Jordan L. Phipps, Director of Communication. In January 2010, the Italian brand Popochos, owned by David and Paula Nahmias, awarded Christy the Exclusive Distributorship of Popochos for the United States.

The two families mission, from Italy to the USA, was to grow Popochos into a loved brand for all ages!! Working side by side, Paula and Christy became like sisters with a goal to build Popochos on the basis of honesty, integrity, and a true love for family business!! Along side Paula and Christy, Tania and Jordan are their right hands!!! Tania in Italy and Jordan in the USA are the backbones which support Paula and Christy! Families from across the globe working together!

Our goal is to make all our retailers and customers feel like a part of the Popochos family, whether in the USA or across the world! Of course, Paula and Christy could not forget the amazing support of their husbands who, not only own a part of this dream, but work to develop, create, strategize, and support the incredible growth of Popochos!

Returns and Replacements

PopochosUSA.com offers replacement on defective Imazine Sports Watches and Popochos™ Watch Skins purchased within 30 days of the shipment delivery date. Please contact our customer service department within 30 days of receiving your watch at customerservice@ionwatchusa.com for any defective merchandise. You will be responsible for postage to return the item to us.

Watch batteries can be changed.

Shipping

PopochosUSA.com offers one rate shipping via the United States Post Office or Fedex. We do not ship on Saturday, Sundays or Holidays.
